Department of Transportation office at 1429 Westover Terrace owned by is owned by Deep River Properties. The renovation was completed by Greensboro general contractor Windsor Commercial and the design was made by Bradley and Ball Architecture. Market President Jay Harris said one commercial lending banker, Chip Foushee of Alamance County, is already in place and another will be hired soon.
