The developer of Water Street Tampa is officially taking reservations for the luxury condos atop the Edition Hotel. Strategic Property Partners said Tuesday that its listing agent, Smith & Associates Real Estate, is now accepting reservation appointments for the 37 Edition residences on floors 10 through 27 of the tower. The Edition, which broke ground in August, is across the street from Amalie Arena, at the northwest corner of Channelside Drive and Water Street.
