La Boulangerie expects to operate a 1,000-square-foot eatery northwest of Rosalind Avenue and Pine Street in the retail space of luxury apartment tower Modera Central. It’s the second retailer to be revealed in the retail space where Goodlettsville, Tennessee-based Dollar General Corp.’s (NYSE: DG) newer, smaller convenience concept DGX plans to open. Christopher Canet and Nicolas Greaux are the partners in the new eatery that will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
