Five years after Charles Schwab (NYSE: SCHW) began moving into its Lone Tree campus, the San Francisco-based financial services giant has opened an 1,100-space parking garage that includes more than 45,000 square feet of available retail space. At an opening ceremony for the campus, then-Lone Tree Mayor Jim Gunning said Charles Schwab had plans to employ about 4,000 people at the campus over the next couple of years.
