Lennar Corp. will move into the former headquarters office of Burger King in Miamii’s Blue Lagoon area, according to Franklin Street Properties Corp. The Miami-based homebuilder (NYSE: LEN) signed a 16-year, 156,000-square-foot lease in the office park just south of Miami International Airport. Lennar will be in the Franklin Street Properties (NYSE: FSP)’s building at 5505 Blue Lagoon Drive.
