Moody’s Investors Service (“Moody’s”) assigned a Baa3 rating to the proposed offering of senior unsecured 10-year notes of PerkinElmer, Inc. (“PerkinElmer”). There are no changes to Moody’s existing ratings of PerkinElmer including the Baa3 senior unsecured long-term rating. The proposed offering slightly increases PerkinElmer’s financial leverage to just above 4x, which is high for the Baa3 rating.
