Orlando-based developer Unicorp National Developments Inc. wants to build a luxury hotel at its proposed $1 billion O-Town West mixed-use development near Walt Disney World, President Chuck Whittall told Orlando Business Journal. The hotel would join retail, apartments and office space at the project near Interstate 4 and the Daryl Carter Parkway. More details weren’t immediately available, but Whittall said it would be the first Unicorp-branded hotel.
