(“Vale”)’s Ba1 senior unsecured ratings and the ratings on the debt issues of Vale Overseas Limited, fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Vale S.A. Moody’s also affirmed the Ba2 senior unsecured ratings of Vale Canada Ltd. The outlook changed to stable from negative.
