
OSLO, Sept 2 (Reuters) – Norwegian Air does not expect to fly its 18 grounded Boeing 737 MAX aircraft this year, the carrier’s interim Chief Executive Geir Karlsen told Reuters on Monday.
Talks with Boeing regarding a compensation are still ongoing, Karlsen said.
“We are actually planning on not having the MAXes flying this year, in 2019,” he added.
