The University of Texas System has put approximately 216 acres south of the Texas Medical Center and NRG Stadium in Houston on the market. JLL is marketing the land for sale or ground lease, according to an Aug. 26 press release. Managing Director Davis Adams and Senior Managing Director Rusty Tamlyn are leading the JLL Capital Markets team marketing the land, which also includes Executive Managing Director Scott Galloway and senior managing directors Colby Mueck and Chris Curry.
