IT problems leave RBS customers unable to pay credit card bills

IT problems at Royal Bank of Scotland have left customers unable to pay credit card bills or access their account information at a crucial time when monthly balances are due. Customers of RBS and NatWest, another RBS brand, began reporting problems with their mobile app in the early hours of Monday morning, with some unable to see their account balances. On Tuesday, the company’s online banking services also became temporarily unavailable.
